NJG Design Co. worked with Catholic Social Services of Anchorage to produce this cookbook of recipes from Alaska's refugee community in 2020. We then worked with Anchorage Community Land Trust to produce custom spice packaging. The spices and cookbook are sold together and separately and proceeds support CSS's RAIS (Refugee Assistance and Immigration Services) program, and RAIS Fresh International Gardens refugee farmers, who created the spice blends by hand.
